Late payments may result in service delays or additional charges. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, technical data, and client-specific information.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zuno Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us for the services in question.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem inappropriate or harmful to our business.
